"Just a few minute walk to slopes and in the heart of the village. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the billiards and game room as family time before dinner. Rooms are good size but dated. Only needed them for sleep, but none of us slept well due to a few issues. 1. Heat/AC seems to be centralized or perhaps our rooms unit was broken. "This was our first time in Tahoe and we absolutely loved the area and this hotel. We did splurge on a room with a balcony but could have probably skipped that expense, it was a little underwhelming. The snow was melting so it was just dripping and it wasn’t very comfortable to be sitting in that area. Lots of kids which was great for us because we brought our toddler along but I wish they had more to do with the kiddos. They had a movie night, but it was just a projector and chairs in a...

"The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars."
