"We stayed here on a Friday night to see Tahoe hockey game, just a 10 minute easy walk to stadium. Beautiful and fun place to stay. Very great and friendly staff."

"Above average motel with a funky, campy touch. Nice welcome. There was a happy hour event, but I did not attend it. Good-sized, comfortable room. Heater worked well and quietly. Room is a bit dark, even with all lights on, but it was good enough. Good price for the accomodation. Not a big fan of having the window opening directly to the corridor, that forces you to keep the shade down for privacy, but I guess that's standard for a motel. Will likely return, as it's one of the best accomodations...

"It was our first time staying in the more tourist area of South Lake Tahoe and was very happy with the location of the property. It was easy to walk to restaurants, shops and the lake. Would absolutely recommend. "

"Can’t beat the location with ski-in/ski-out right onto the gorgeous Palisades Mountain. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzis late into the evening. The $65 valet parking per night is way over the top for the Lake Tahoe’s open country. And to also tack on a $50 per night resort fee is typical corporate greed. "

"This was our first time in Tahoe and we absolutely loved the area and this hotel. We did splurge on a room with a balcony but could have probably skipped that expense, it was a little underwhelming. The snow was melting so it was just dripping and it wasn’t very comfortable to be sitting in that area. Lots of kids which was great for us because we brought our toddler along but I wish they had more to do with the kiddos. They had a movie night, but it was just a projector and chairs in a...
