"I paid extra for a continental breakfast when booking, but the hotel staff onsite said all guests receive the same breakfast — so don’t get the “extra” continental breakfast. Otherwise, great stay for our

Comfort Inn & Suites Airport

4.0 star property
6.8 out of 10, (1001)
"When I first got there the woman at the front desk was VERY rude with an attitude. It was dark all the way to finding your room. First thing I wanted was to take a nice hot shower after a day at the beach. Let it run for SEVERAL+ minutes and water was ice cold and didn’t even get warm. On our way down from the room we found a ROACH on the ground. Told the front desk lady and she was rude and acted as if she didn’t care. I will NEVER be booking there again and hope to receive my money back...

Cicero Grand - Syracuse North

2.5 star property
7.6 out of 10, Good, (1001)
"Had a great stay, stayed for 4 nights. Kiddo friendly and pool was small, but warm and still enjoyable! Staff was great and friendly. We stayed over Easter and staff allowed us to hide Easter Eggs for the
kids
to hunt around the back of the property outside so they could still enjoy the magic being away from home! Would stay again!"
