Hampton Inn & Suites Syracuse Dewitt

2.5 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (1009)
"Room was surprisingly spacious, comfortable and close to Syracuse campus. All staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of options. We had one small issue, which is why I didn't rate higher -- our room had a large window, but the darkening shade could not be raised (electronic shade and cannot be raised manually) so the room was very dark during the day. Holiday Inn Express Syracuse Fairgrounds by IHG

2.5 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (1004)
"I stay here every year when I’m in Syracuse for a trade show. This year I was a little surprised that they were under massive construction and wasn’t noted before I arrived but excited to see the new upgrades. Their customer service is better than any 5 star hotel I’ve stayed at. It snowed (like it always does in Syracuse) and when I went out to my truck I realized my truck windows were cleaned off, then I looked around the parking lot and saw they did everyone’s. Top notch!! Very appreciated "
