"The first room we were given, had a used water bottle from the previous tenent along with hair in the sink, bed, and a dirty toilet. We informed the staff immediately and they moved us to another clean room promptly. The room had lots of nice features, but is missing the capability to allow guests to stream their own Netflix, or other digital media in their own language. I will bring my laptop with a HDMI cable next time to watch digital programs in my native language. The loction of the hotel...

"Bit of a mixed bag - the room was smaller than expected and booked, dark, and with a major TV-screen angled so that part of the window front was barely accessible. Mattress and pillows not quite comfortable and the street in the front is LOUD. Service however was above and beyond all expectations - huge thank you. "We arrived about 9:00 pm. There was no any receptionist or room service or maintenance people. Checked in with computer and took the key. No hot water at all. Ice cold water. No people to call. Room was extremely hot. 27 Celsius. There is no AC. We opened the windows. Humidity a lot. Terrible smell of the swamp. Couldn't sleep at all till morning. Still no hot water. When we told to receptionist at 8:00 am about hot water. She said "I will tell them". Ugly people, terrible hotel. David"

The room had lots of nice features, but is missing the capability to allow guests to stream their own Netflix, or other digital media in their own language. I will bring my laptop with a HDMI cable next time to watch digital programs in my native language. The loction of the hotel is right across the train station which also has a taxi stand, making it great rest stop location. The parking garage is very secure and below the hotel, which can be a tight fit for larger vehicles. The breakfast was bland and I did like the self serving coffee machines. Overall, it was a good stay and will book again in the future. "
