"The equipment was good, and I was happy that I had a room with bathtub (which was my special request). The room and bathroom area was clean in general, but it's a pity that the bed linen was not so clean- it was with some brown stain and had some smell... otherwise, it should be a comfortable stay."

"Great little apartment with everything i needed (with supermarket within walking distance) Liked that i could walk into town but also had option of bus from just outside. Area felt safe and was quiet. Reception unmanned at property but team were availble and responsive over WhatsApp 24/7. Would happily return and recommend numa apartments."

"Stop over on way back to Scotland from Switzerland. Arrived late and was still able to get a meal in restaurant . Staff were excellent. Only issue we had they wanted to charge us for breakfast when we had already paid when we booked. Manager sorted it out. Will definitely use the hotel again"

"Was booked for 4 nights. Resturaunt shut mon open tues and wed. Shut thurs no reason given. Thin quilt in room. Curtains did not fit and i was on street level so in dark people could look in from street. Room not cleaned bin emptied or towels changed during entire stay. Was not cheap to stay there either. I am well traveled and stay away 4 nights a week with work and this was not good."

"I recently stayed at Kameha Grand Bonn and found the experience to be underwhelming. Upon check-in, we were assigned a room that felt more like a bachelor pad than a relaxing, comfortable space. While the hotel staff was accommodating in allowing us to switch rooms to a smaller suit with a view of the Rhime, this came with an extra charge, which felt a bit disappointing given the circumstances.Overall, the hotel itself is just okay.
