"Our stay at Auberge Discovery Bay for Christmas 2024 was fantastic Great location easy access from HK airport to the hotel , free shuttle to Disneyland and great public transport close to the hotel to go anywhere you want. The hotel itself was very neat and clean the customer service was exceptional and the rooms were very modern. We had the bay view room which was amazing with fantastic views and the bathroom with huge rainfall shower and bath was great to relax in after long days exploring....

"The main attraction is the location as it is near to the airport and the Citigate Outlet mall. Feee shuttle bus service is also provided to/from the airport. The hotel is also just 1 MTR station from the Disneyland station hence can be a plus for families with young children. Online check-in is a breeze. However, the corridors are dark so I will advise if it is a solo trip, it is good to ask for a room nearer to the lifts. "

"Hotel is a bit far out in terms of location, however, good transport link as mtr is only 10 minutes walk. There is also shuttle bus at intervals to various shopping centre. Hotel is just over an hour from airport to nearby bus terminus (just underneath the shopping centre) Haven't really try the F&B offerings at this hotel apart from the 1 bfast included in our package. The key card didn’t work 3 times in the 7 days I was there, annoying to go back down over 29 floors in a small cramped elevator to get it fixed then head back on that elevator. No help with taxi or tourist spots. No map available. You are basically on your own, which is fine, but a little help finding the nearest metro would have been nice. "The location is convenient, close by to transport & amenities. It's our 2nd stay here before it's rebranded with a scaled down service. They do not provide bottled water/teas, does come with kettle, mugs & fridge. It's no frills, clean, very compact but comfortable.
