"Rate this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. Dropped 1 star as it was very difficult to find information on where, how, what time the airport shuttles were running. An email to the hotel did not yield a response (mind you, the email was sent within 24hours of arriving at the airport). This information was readily available at reception once you got to the hotel though (which doesn’t help when you’re first trying to get there). "

"My top choice whenever I stay in HongKong, so close to everything including train station and their rooms are spacious for Hong Kong standards. Have to commend on the hotel staff’s honesty and excellent services, we didn’t even realise we have left behind an Ipad on check-out and they returned it to us when we went back to collect our baggage from the concierge before leaving for the airport, that really saved us lots of trouble and inconvenience and we are very grateful for that! Well done Park Hotel! "
