From check-in till check-out we were impressed with how extremely courteous and friendly every associate we interacted with was. The hotel was not only beautiful and clean but also very inviting and welcoming. The breakfast was several notches above the norm and the dining area is quiet, relaxing and comfortable. We stayed to attend a hockey game and it was perfect for walking to and from the game and never did we feel unsafe. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff is outstanding!! Super friendly and very very helpful. Room is super clean and the bed is very comfortable.

Cars racing and reving engines all night. The room and public areas needed a thorough cleaning. Walls, floors and doors. The elevators were nasty. Hall floors looked like they haven't been vacuumed in a while. Loved the breakfast and evening drinks and food. The employees were friendly. The view of the arch was impressive.
