"Everything was fine. nice hotel spacious room good breakfast;HOWEVER I’m giving overall 4 stars because my bus came late at night and I already called the hotel 2wice to let them know I was gonna do a early check in. Wait for almost 30 mins for someone to come to the front desk. Then they came then gave me the wrong key to a room already booked but fixed it once I came back down for the 2nd time haha overall was a good stay."

"Stayed for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. The hotel including the room was very clean. Only complaints would be the beds were slightly uncomfortable, the indoor pool was far too cold to use, breakfast was not very good and they use directv and it was windy outside so the tv did not work almost our whole stay. "

"Not enough staff at the front to help all customers . Only had one poor woman running the desk/phones, bar, and kitchen. She couldn't keep up and it's not her fault at all. Hotel should've scheduled more staff"
