Staff was very friendly. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Quiet at night except for highway traffic as it is near I71. No disturbances from other rooms. Great rate!

We stayed 3 nights. the room was not serviced at all. When we asked about it, we were told we had to tell the "owner" we wanted the room serviced. We had no clean sheets, no trash removal, ran out of toilet paper and tissues. I don't know how this property received any good reviews, unless people were only staying one night. This was our anniversary weekend and it was so disappointing to open the door (twice) to an unmade room. When we went to the front desk to get clean towels, We were told the cleaning people had already left.

It was my family's first time staying at this Motel and it definitely will not be our last very convenient to Kings island, breakfast buffet in the morning, very quiet and safe feeling. Oh and on a plus side they have a shuttle to Kings Island

For a hotel chain that generally provides the bare minimum, this hotel was very nice. The room was updated, there was plenty of areas to charge USB/USBC devices. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I didn’t try to breakfast but am told by a friend it went fast, so make sure you get there early. The staff in the lobby were pleasant and check in was easy. They even have transportation provided by a bus for King Island, it’s very code to the park. 5 minute drive. Would stay here again!

This is more of a motel. The doors open to the parking lot and not an inside hallway. The room itself was nice, but once outside your room it is a little run down. It a a little loud because of the doors opening to the outside and it doesn’t feel very secure. Breakfast was just ok.

Rooms was nice and clean. Breakfast was okay. Staff was rude and not helpful. Had to check out early work was sending my husband to a different place wouldn’t refund the nights that was not used and never gave back the deposit. When called to ask about it they hung up the phone in the middle of talking multiple times.
