"Booking with them was so easy and they respond promptly to all inquiries thru e-mail. They arranged our airport-to-hotel transfer because our arrival is at 1am. I also booked our Halong Bay cruise with them. Transactions were smooth and easy. They were all very helpful. When we left for our Halong Bay cruise, they allowed is to leave our baggage even if we have already checked out. When we came back from our cruise, Huong (one of the staff) even let us use the bathroom to freshen up before we leave for our flight."

"Fantastic stay! Early arrival and room wasnt ready so was given use of a room to shower and change. Then left baggage to enjoy a fullday siteseeing before checking in and finding our baggage in our room. Truely international breakfast so was able to try something different. Had a late flight departure, so again was given use of a room for an hour to refresh before ongoing flight. A memorable stay."

"We had a Junior Suite which consisted of a large bedroom plus separate lounge area. Both rooms were very well set out and extremely comfortable. The room gave us access to the ParkRoyal Collection club, thi shad great facilities and free extras. The hotel was very well located close to Suntec and Marina Square and wel serviced by nearby MRT stations."
