"This property is not what it is advertised as — it is a rooming house in a middle-class neighborhood. It is not a charming English inn. Outside are is run-down. Given the lack of a true reception/office and staff on the property, it is questionable as to whether they truly are running a legitimate business. Felt very unsafe and left."

"The woman managing the place was very kind and helpful. She gave us tips for walking around the area and finding restaurants. When we had a little trouble with transportation for our cruise, she contacted a local taxi company who was there in 5 minutes. It made our day much less stressful. Thank you very much! "

"This location is ideal for visitors arriving by train from London as it is EASY walking distance and minutes by taxi; there is a stand close by. During our six day at this location we marveled at how friendly and exceedingly helpful the staff were. The hotel is close to IKEA as well!"

"Comfortable room for single travellers albeit tight on space. Good value compared to others. Good basic breakfast included (not cooked), with ample choice of cereals, fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, teas, etc. Walking distance from choice of restaurants."
