"Very easy check in and checkout, friendly and polite reception staff. If would have been good to have some bottled water available in the room as booking was for 3 nights and refreshments tray was basic. We had to ask for an extra bath towel on night 3 ( the first time we swapped them for new) as only one new one left in bathroom and we don't like to share, but 5 hand towels brought up to the room which was a little odd. "It was an overnight stay as we were traveling home. So did not take advantage of gym, pool and restaurant. So cannot give a total review. However, we found the room was adequate but the bathroom could do with an upgrade. "

"Always use the Future Inn Plymouth when visiting family in the South West as hotel is clean, spacious and comfortable. I did feel that the hotel was lacking a bit of TLC, certainly in the rooms, this time. My “special request” regarding my room allocation was not met on this occasion. I also had issues with finding a parking space on the first 2 nights of my 3 day stay, which I haven’t experienced before. However, I will continue to use the hotel for future stays as it meets my requirements."

"Lovely hotel. Booked 2 nights and enjoyed it so much we extended our stay by an extra night. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Superb buffet breakfast with some a la carte choices. Located about 2 miles out of Bath city centre so you will need a taxi or catch a bus from the nearby bus stop if you don't drive."

"We had a beautiful room, extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean and the added touch of complimentary drink in our room not to mention the room service offering lime, lemon and ice was added luxury. "
