"We had a supreme garden villa with a plunge pool. We arrived early at the resort before lunchtime. Our room wasnt ready so we had early lunch at the restaurant. There was no welcome drink considering reception were not busy so no excuse. After lunch we had to wait over 2 hours for our room. We were exhausted from travelling from LHR and were told we would get our villa before 3pm. It was 2.30 by the time we had it. The villa itself was spacious but outdated. The a/c was effective but...

"No shuttle to Old Town; bartender at swim up bar was slow (made my piña colada and didn’t pour in glass but left it forgotten - in front of me - for at least 10 minutes!) and didn’t know how to mix a Martini. Other than these, the place was excellent and deserves a 5 star rating "
