"Came back to Santhiya after 6 years since we liked the property so much on our last visit. The views are still spectacular, the rooms and facilities luxurious. A few things have seem to gone downhill though and I hope the management addresses them: - Food was below average taste wise, especially when ordered for in-room dining - in-room dining came in takeaway utensils (plastic), if you wanted cutlery, you needed to pay extra - this is a cheap move (and certainly not eco friendly!). "Incredible service from all staff, the restaurant staff were exceptional and always went above and beyond. We were there for chrsitmas day and they made sure everything was perfect. Just like every other day we stayed there. Pool and pool bar was spot on. Breakfast options were varied and little buffets to help yourself and an egg station for the egg lovers. "Centralised location. Kim Yong Morning Market is 7mins walk away. Lee Garden Night Market is just downstairs so it is convenience to buy street food and eat in the hotel room if you cannot find any seats. Room is spacious and clean. "
