"My mom and I stayed at this resort in Jan of 2025! We absolutely loved it. From check in to check out the staff were friendly and helpful. "The Mandarava Resort was impecable. Spacious and clean rooms, plenty of pools and bars and the service was second to none. The buffet breakfast was well worth it and the Charm Thai Restaurant was amazing. Room service was also delivered quickly and with a friendly smile. The complimentary shuttle to Karon Beach made it easy to get to the local shops, restaurants and have a dip in the ocean. "El hotel es excelente, las habitaciones muy cómodas, algunas un poco lejos del desayunador pero nada grave. Hay habitaciones remodeladas y otras no pero las más antinguas están perfectas. Hermosas piscinas. El desayuno es excelente con gran variedad. La zona de Patong es muy fea y sucia. Si vas en familia o con intención de descansar con buenas opciones grastronómicas yo pararía en Kata o Karon beach. Si tu decisión es Patong este es el hotel indicado."

"Overall this hotel is good. And even though it is still being built. It’s not an issue. It just isn’t very pretty in some places but all the bits that count are nice. I think the overall gripes with this hotel is the general cleanliness. The pool area and general surroundings need a regular clean. The room was cleaned well but there was always plates etc outside peoples room that stayed there for days at a time. And then a lot of the staff all felt very young and inexperienced. Which...

"The hotel itself is luxurious and has incredible staff. The area is not eye candy, but is in walking distance to the clubs, beach, and a mall. I would recommend staying in this area as when you need to order a taxi you won’t get stuck in foot traffic. The hotel also offers transportation to and from the airport. The breakfast buffet had an array of foods and the rooftop bar/pool was a perfect way to start vacation. Something to keep in mind is check in at 1500"
