We loved the peace and tranquility in and around the hotel that its not too crowded or busy. Although the location is farther from Phuket Old Town, its accessible to places that we were interested to explore; Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket. Also close to where we go riding and the Spa. Staff disposition and service was excellent. They were very helpful and attentive to our needs. A good and happy team! Thank you so much for the special birthday cake for my daughter who chose to visit Phuket for her birthday treat.

I loved the daily fitness classes like yoga and boxing. This was my second time at Saii and I've enjoyed the location as it's near 2 great grocery stores and loads of restaurants. The property itself is beautiful with wonderful service. There is also a boat that will take you to adjacent hotels.

Fantastic break at Saii Laguna. Although the hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment phase, this actually made the hotel more cosy and friendly. I heard about the crowded beaches in Phuket but I found myself with my family pretty much alone on the beautiful beach! The pools were lovely and my 5 year old just loved the slide! Great value for money
It was very good value for the price. We came when the place was being renovated, so a lot of the complex was shut. Staff very friendly. Got a lovely room on level 3. Be prepared to walk a small distance given the size of the property. Lots of great places to go too nearby via the beach.
