"Fantastic location and spectacular view of Tower Bridge and St Katherine’s Dock. We visited around Christmas so there was a cute little festive market outside. Room was clean, comfortable with old-school charm but could probably do with an upgrade (e.g. instead of keeping the fax machine modem, install plug sockets with USB ports!). No noise at all and excellent value for money when booking in advance. "

"Me and my boyfriend came here for his birthday. Staff were so friendly and the room was amazing. We went out to dinner and came back to the bar in the hotel afterwards. Overall, was a really good visit, easy to check in and check out, will definitely stay again. "

"Rooms have been decorated nicely since I last stayed a couple of things to complain one of my suitcases was opened in room nothing taken but someone opened it and check in time loads of people waiting to check in and only one person behind reception it’s a very busy hotel something wrong somewhere I had to complain and two more people came out "

"Enjoyable albeit brief stay, good leisure facilities, only complaint would be that after forgetting to pick up my phone charger and cable on check out it's not been passed to lost and found by the room staff."

"Delivered on their promise of clean, basic accommodation within walking distance of the west end. Those expecting caviar dreams on a hotdog budget are out of luck. Good choice for a 2 (maybe) 3 nite stay close to the action. I felt comfortable and safe there my entire stay"

"We stayed in this hotel over the thanksgiving hotel. We arrived early but were not able to get an early check in, however, they held our bags and let us take a load off in the relaxation room in the spa. We had the family superior room and it was amazing. We had our own space but still were together in adjoining rooms. "Nice but small rooms, new and fresh bathroom. I had a single city view room which was great, nothing to complain about. Location is extremely central, with most top tourist attractions within walking distance from the hotel. Good value if you want prime central London location. The hotel is in the immediate proximity of Victoria Bus & National Rail terminal, but room was still very quiet and it was in no way a nuisance."

"Overall it was very nice. The staff was extremely friendly all of them. Breakfast was tasty and the room was relatively nice, especially for the price. It could have been a bit bigger it was very small but that’s the only thing I could criticize. I think I will return if I ever go to London angain. Best regards"
