"We got the premier room and it was very spacious and clean with laundry machine. The room was very clean and everything restocked daily. "We had an amazing stay at the Plaza heading into New Years! Excellent service, plenty of dining options and close to shopping. Rooms are slightly outdated vs pictures but still good. Definitely get breakfast included in your stay as the buffet was good and most cafes open after 10am here. Hotel is also on central heating in winter so we left the external vents open and room heating off. Great stay overall!"

I came directly from the airport (get the airport limo--it drops you off right across the street, so it's a five-minute walk from the stop to the hotel), so it was nice to get settled in easily and early.
