"My husband, daughter and I spent our last night in Japan at this property. At the time of booking, rooms with a private onsen were sold out. We missed out on the experience but we stayed at the Annex (a little outdated but Ok). Check in and check out were a breeze. Very polite clerks. "Our accommodation was wonderful with friendly and helpful staff. However, the price tag of their Japanese style restaurant was overly priced. For example, a small plate of tempura was around $25 USD. We ordered our dinner a La carte and was 19,000 yen, around $122 USD. If we had done a set menu, average price would have been over $120/pp. The highlight was a 3 minute walk to the doorway to the view of Mt. Fuji, about 1800 yen/pp. we had great opportunity for pictures!"
