"Really close to Sheffield arena it is just a bed and bathroom with a cheap tv no tea coffee making facilities in the room . Light was broken in the toilet reported it twice do I hope anyone in room 121 will now have a working light"

"The newer part - where my room was - was functional, if not beautiful, but lovely and clean and comfortable, with gorgeous linen and towels. The older part was really lovely and very worth preserving and maintaining. The absolute best part of my stay was the staff. All impeccable, friendly and professional. Thank you Warlei for my clean, fresh room; Charley and Ellise on the front desk, Paul and Chloey in hospitality as well as all the rest of the team who worked so hard. You’re all marvellous!...
