"Booked the hotel for my daughter and granddaughter competing at British swimming in Ponds Forge.The room was spacious,breakfast was good,parking near the hotel at an additional cost.All in all convenient for our needs."

"Friendly and helpful reception and breakfast staff. Tasty breakfast. Hotel lobby stylish and everything clean. Room big and comfortable. Walls very thin so could hear people talking at 1am and then doors banging and hairdryers going from 6.30am onwards so didn’t manage a restful night unfortunately. "

"The newer part - where my room was - was functional, if not beautiful, but lovely and clean and comfortable, with gorgeous linen and towels. The older part was really lovely and very worth preserving and maintaining. The absolute best part of my stay was the staff. All impeccable, friendly and professional.
