"Beautiful new hotel. Great pool, gym and club lounge for coffee, wine and snacks with a Jew of Seoul Tower. The only drawback was the staff knowledge. I had to feel them the club lounge served alcohol beverages and had a happy hour. Additionally, I got the wrong directions form two different staff members on where to catch the bus to the airport which happens to be directly across the street. "It’s a beautiful hotel with a few restaurants and a deli/bakery. Very close to a fancy department store and good access to public transport. What makes this hotel special is the superb and efficient service. I loved the breakfast, as there was plenty of choice to suit all palates and it was of high standard. "Very nice hotel in a convenient location of town that makes it accessible to public transport to just about anywhere in Seoul, and walking distance to InsaDong, Cheongyecheon stream, Namdaemun market, Changdeogung Palace, and the terrific Fritz in Wonseo. Gym is small but nice, and the onsen public bath is terrific, with hot pool in and outdoor, which was especially lovely in the winter time.
