The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had many tasty options. A well-stocked convenience store on-site allows for purchases 24/7, The only minor complaint I have is that the elevators often require a substantial wait, particularly around breakfast time - but aside from this, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again."

"I stayed in executive tower. The service and reception was outstanding. The room was beautiful and was 120V ready so I don’t need a converter. The restaurants and bars at the hotel were phenomenal. Since I was in the heart of Seoul and Lotte shopping mall, everything was so convenient. The subway was on the corner of the street or you can have direct access through the hotel! Shopping and dining galore!! "
