"Being an English speaker it was very easy to communicate with the whole staff. From check in to dinning the cleaning staff and security. Perfect location for see all the sights near by Just steps away from shopping and night market. Everyone was kind and helpful. It felt very welcoming and safe. "At the last minute my flight was cancelled. Hotel GMS refused to refund ANY of my money. Yes, there was a cancellation policy, but there should be some leniency for circumstances beyond an individual’s control. I would understand if they needed to keep some of it, but they kept over $1,000. That is unethical."
