"Nice friendly staff. Everything could do with being refurbished its getting a bit worn down. Also things in the information booklet - a lot of the things listed are no longer available so this needs to be brought upto date. A regular shuttle service to down town areas would a good idea."

"Well, on the positive side, the young children that run the place with no adults in sight are all very nice. Only one speaks English and the other ones are to shy to offer any help or assistance. The one boy that speaks English was very nice but offered no real solutions. Sadly this entire place is run down, badly maintained, and missing a good cleaning or remolding. The room I had didn’t have a working key to lock the door to the apartment. Only the pool gate had a key. The rooms smelled...

"The hotel was located centrally in north seminayak but the condition of the rooms was unbearable. The pictures shown on internet are of the self contained villa unit, the other rooms are miles away with cleanliness, the towels need updating "
