"The propertly was lovely, we are pretty laid back though. The rooms are not exactly spotless but if you've been to Bali before you kind of know the standard is a bit low. Our kitchen and bathroom looks nice but everything is 1 use from falling apart. Lots of things were broken in our room however we loved the space and the pool. We would return but i think theres some nicer places for the same price. Also its very hard to communicate with the staff, so you need to be very patient and confirm...

"I liked that it was very accessible to a lot of amenities. Most staff were helpful. Limitation with language hampers communication. I would not rate the customer service of reception staff the best except for Ella and the Pregnant lady. They do not know what true Customer service is. I’ll just leave it at that."
