Amazing property with even better staff. Staff here were very helpfull and friendly. The buffet is good (eggs, chese, potato, deli meats, coffee, juice) dinner is good as well however better options near by. Will stay here again. Close to everything!

El service es excellent Laura nos hizo sentir especial en el restaurante tuvieron que modificar un platillo ya que soy intolerante a la lactosa le quedó delicioso gracias al cocinero (a) Y por accidente se me olvidaron unos anillos en la caja fuerte y tuve que regresar 2 horas después y muy amablemente me acompañó Isrrael me dio tanta tranquilidad que estarían ahí y así fue ! gracias Excelentes servicio

The room was amazing. Comfortable bed and really quiet. We were able to actually rest unlike many other times during our stay in SM. Things to improve: 1. Breakfast/Restaurant staff: It was very messy. They also tend to leave dirty dishes around. There are some staff who work really hard while others do not. No team dynamic at all. 2. We asked for extra towels and they smelled really bad (twice) 3. Rooftop: the facility is great (sky bar & pool) but the life guard was always doing most of the work from very early to late, the other ladies were NOT proactive at all. They should make it easier or at least more attentive, specially if there are no directions on how services are provided.

Hotel con excelente ubicacion, la vista en la piscina es de primera. Tengo 3 observaciones.... 1. No ofrecer algo en la plataforma, segun tenia una botella de vino por la reserva. (NUNCA HUBO NADA) 2. El baño muy incomodo, me refiero al inodoro, literal sientes que estas en el lavamos. 3. En cuanto a las toallas, entiendo que NO tengo porque pedir nuevas. Si fueron a realizar limpieza, que solo fue arreglar la cama,pero me dejaron la misma toalla toda la estadia. Se que uno puede solicitarla, pero las empleadas deberian ver, si estan muy humedas porque no estan al sol, pues deben dejar nuevas a los huespedes. Ultimamente, la app dice unas coss que sorprenden a uno pero no son recibidas.
