"I was so pleased with our experience at the Hyatt Regency. I received a message from the hotel to let us know if there is anything we needed ahead of our trip. I let them know it was my husband’s birthday and they offered a credit for us to enjoy some snacks and drinks. Amazing! I totally was expecting a card haha We stayed in the king suite on the 10th floor. I thought we’d have an outside view but our view was to the lobby. Kinda fun. The room was clean and the staff was great. My only complaint was the provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They didn’t did well and my hair felt a bit dried out after using it. Otherwise we loved our stay and would go again! "
