"This was probably one of the best hotels we have stayed at so far in Anaheim. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Beautiful rooms and the shuttle system to disney was right out the front doors. Their complementary churros were AMAZING!!! Food was good, housekeeping did amazing. Everything far surpassed our expectations and will only stay here from now on for all future Disney land visits."

"Perfect location after coming back from a long day at the parks. Had a small issue with our room but management was able to successfully provided our family with a new room. Which made our quick stay a lot more comfortable. They were also very understanding to our situation and asked if their’s anything else they can do for us. "

"We loved the extra touches that made our room feel like it was a part of the Disney magic. The grounds were gorgeous with beautiful landscaping and Christmas trees."

"I think the owners and managers of this hotel are doing the Hilton Corporation a disservice . The building and common areas are very pretty . Located in a great area . For starters the front desk people were rude and not accommodating. Took a while to get our room and when we go it bathroom dirty, no covers pillows or blankets for the sofa bed . We called and went down 5 times, at 2 am they tell us they have none clean . The phone in the room and lamp did not work . The disability’s bathroom was dirty stained tiles, dirt and grime in shower head . I have photos of all this . The people that worked the breakfast were very nice and courteous , the front desks should learn from them. So we froze to death all night with no covers for the sofa bed. At the price we paid i might as well have stayed ata a Motel 8 . My husband works for hilton vacation and I have worked for my company 22 years and we own multiple Hilton hotels . This was shameful and a horrible representation of our brand."

"Our stay was very nice and comfortable. The only complaint i have is that they charged us for overnight parking. I think if youre paying to book a room you should be able to park at no charge. "
