"We enjoyed the location downtown and the newness of the property. The bed was quite comfortable and our kiddo found the hide-a-bed “more comfortable than most”. There wasn’t bedding for the hide-a-bed and the bedroom door didn’t latch because the latch plate was put on upside down. Fortunately, we helped ourselves to bedding - the linen room was open - and kept the bedroom door shut with the broom provided and a shoe! I’m sure we’re not the first ones to notice the latch problem, which is...

"Unit has some wear. Multiple lightbulbs burnt out especially in the bathroom which is rather annoying as it would of been such a simple fix prior to our arrival. Elevator was closed for repair and we were not informed of this until the day of check in and the message said it had started a few days before our arrival. "

"We had a great time staying in this hotel. Although we're always out most of the time but the owner thoughtfully prepared everything we needed and communicated what we might need to bring. We wish we could stay forever. The downside was during our last few days of stay we could here noise, baby's crying and strong stomping of feet in our neighboring rooms but tolerable. Overall, we had a wonderful time during our stay. Thank you Frank and Mark."
