The room stunk like wet dog and wasn’t well maintained. Window was wide open upon arrival the room was freezing but after closing the window and the smell started to fill the room I realized why it was left open. Pool had way too much chlorine and was out of service for half of our stay. Definitely not going back

We loved it as we had dogs during our stay! Pillows are not bad but would be nicer if they are new! Room was clean and smells good! Pool with a slide was great! Hot tub was awesome! Thank you for the dog goodie bag!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Liked having a fridge. Rail side was noisy with trains through the night and a few loud guests. Hotel is showing age, but pretty clean with the exception of someone’s acrylic nail on our carpet. Wished hot tub was hotter.

The location can’t be beat, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The amenities offered were nice , I felt safe leaving my vehicle over night. We stayed twice over our 12 day Christmas vacation , once on the 20th and then again on the 31st. Our first night was amazing , the hotel quiet and we were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. When we returned on the 31st the hotel was over run with screeming kids the ran the halls and slammed doors until well past 1am ,the kids broke 2 of the 3 pop machines in the building , the room directly next to ours had a man very loudly gagging and puking all night so we got very little rest and ended up checking out early.

I had stayed here in the summer and I thought the rooms were better than what we were given this time I thought the rooms were very dated a shabby. . Yes I know it was New Year's Eve but kids and adults running up and down the hall ways. With no respect for anyone else .

Property was clean but it is old and outdated with scuffed up furniture and beaten up rooms. I hadn’t realized it was right in the train tracks so it was noisy at night from multiple trains going by. Staff were very friendly and offered a treat bag to my dog which was really nice. Just feel for the price charged it could use some updating as it felt more motel then anything else.
