"The Fynn Hotel is amazing. I loved every part of the actual hotel. The hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating. The lobby area, restaurant area, upstairs hallways and room were all very nice and clean. It’s very hot here in the area but the A/C in the room worked perfectly. "Hotel is connected to Ayala malls which was why I chose this hotel. Lovely and friendly staff. There was a queue in front of us when checking in and noticed that the process was quite slow, had to wait more than 30mins before getting seen. There was also a queue during breakfast and there were loads of other guests which meant food trays can be empty quite quickly but refilling them is not quick at all. "
