There was free soap, toothbrush and toothpaste to use. There was no free slippers though. The AC is a small window type and not the split type that is much more compatible with the room size. "we only stayed overnight coming from a late arrival from the airport, the staff was amazing they were very friendly, polite and courteous from the security guard, front desk, restaurant crew, pool attendant and the cleaners. kudos to all the team, We felt vary welcome and being look after and cared for. "The hotel entrance is along a dark alley. Website show was untrue i had written to Expedia regarding my room had no wifi /nl cable TV / no Hot water / no chair / no Carboard / no hook to hang cloth both bedroom & bathroom /hallway light drop off pitch / room piwer socket missing no ve able to charge my device / ceilling light ni working / Shower comparment flooded with water /ni toilet paper. I booked 2 night but i checkout after one night slept. Totalling unceptable for any guess. I request for 1 night refund pending on Expedia investigation. Pkesa loon elsewhere before you CLIP reserve yiu be regret for SURE. "

A pleasant surprise!

"I have read ads about Excelsior a while back but I felt it was too expensive considering its location. This time their price was reduced to a reasonable price so I booked. Other than the fact than parking is separated and there is no walkway to the hotel, all were excellent from well appointed rooms and beddings and very courteous staff."

"I was surprised when the person in charged asked me for Security deposit of P2000 per night per room cash! We stayed for 4 nights for 2 rooms total of P16,000 cash. As we both agreed to give it back to Me upon checkout without room damages. We left the 2 rooms in good conditions as per Admin. However, we waited until 8pm to send thru gcash but my P16k Sec Dep still on hold until Jan 26, 2025 as per admin due to I booked thru Expedia. Only if I know they will do this, I wouldn’t stay in 2 tiny Rooms that fits for only 2 person not for 4ppl. Hoping to give it back to me my P16k Sec Dep ASAP! “As we paid already our bookings in advanced!” Day 2 still giving me hard time to return my Security Deposit of P16k. "
