"A very good hotel in a great location near Robinsons mall, very clean room and friendly staff with a good attitude. We were in room 907, our cleaner did a great job. We loved the bonus buffet breakfast on Xmas morning, especially the home made longanissa, thank you to Felix in the restaurant who was very helpful and friendly and also Dana in reservations for helping with our booking requests. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Manila. I hope we can come back again...

"THERE IS hardly and almost NON HOT WATER in the room, bathroom door did not closed and lock, air condition very good, among others negative things that are bringing down my favorite hotel, like we registered 2 adults and 2 kids that we paid for they gives one room and only one bed, we requested xtra bed they want to charge $1000 for it so on, finale they gave us a different room 1 xtra bed no charge, we were short in towels etc. I just hope that the quality improves"
