While this area felt extremely safe, I was disappointed that it felt like it could be anywhere USA. There was nothing to differentiate the area as being Philippines. I wish there was more local flavor.

I just love the BGC area! So much shopping, eating area. It is busy but that is part of the appeal. So convenient to travel to other destination if you do mind the traffic !

"The Hotel personnels are all so polite, very respectful, friendly, very helpful to us, They upgrade us due to some issues in our room. They are so fast in responding to our needs. I remember the hotel housekeeper the name is Jim who is assigned on the 18th floor is so nice and very friendly and respectful to us."
"Had a wonderful stay but was hoping the communication was bit quicker -rather smooth and efficient. I would love to stay here again. Other than that, 10/10 would recommend. "
"Everything was perfect except that they made it appear that the room wasn’t available until 2:30 pm…forcing me and approx. 40 other guests to wait at the crowded lobby for hours. If I didn’t follow-up at around 2:15 pm, they probably would have kept quiet that the room was already available.
