"The air conditioning unit was not working properly because there is at least 2 inches of dust inside the filter. I fixed the shower as the head fell out and the knob to turn the water on broke. "Very quiet hotel . Very high class . Not many guests . Set up very well for families in terms of kid activities . Cheap rates currently as not well established . Great gym ! Staff were nice . Very transparent payment system in terms of the deposit vs room service charges . I would not hesitate to return . From a scientific/academic point of view a good place to hold conferences etc "

"The staff was very nice! If there was ever a problem, they would make every effort to make it right. I had one roach, but that is expected in the Philippines, and they took care of it and I never saw another one. The TV Stations did not work, so it was very limited. The WIFI was very good and had no problems so I watch my TV on my smart phone or lap top. The restaurants are close. I loved that they pick you up and bring you back to the airport. I for sure will be back!"
