The property itself is beautiful. Although the "hot pools" were not in operation for half our stay and the staff did not seem to care. The maintenance ( adding chemical shouldn't take 12 hours ). The meal at the restaurant was over cooked ( steak ) and burnt (salmon). Unfortunately the staff are less than desirable which makes the stay at this beautiful property, not worth the cost.

The staff had given our room cards and room information to a different family member that was not on the booking and had taken my name off so I could no longer check in and we had to find the family member. Super unprofessional to give out information to someone who's name and credit card isn't on the room. Was very frustrating.

The staff at this hotel are all very friendly, parking is convenient, and both the facilities and rooms are clean. The room and bathroom are spacious, and unlike other accommodations, they provide drip coffee, allowing you to focus on making coffee and enjoy a brief moment of relaxation, which was wonderful. The restaurant on the first floor is also great, offering both dining and a cafe. Above all, the open-air bath and sauna are the hotel’s biggest attractions. Don’t miss out on trying them! I also recommend choosing a room with a mountain view!
