"Back again in this vibrant city of Batam. Well well well.. Another new spot with excellent location for shoppers. Located next to Batam Grand Mall. It is not visible from the main road though. "There are not much places to visit in the surrounding area. Even the small shopping area whereby only transport is via the resort & many shops were closed. 😓"

"Highly recommended. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool area was lovely. Set dinner was excellent, so were the ala carte items we ordered the next day. However the breakfast buffet was very disappointing. That was our only gripe."

"Always a great stay in Wyndham Panbil, whose name was Best Western. My family always stay in the hotel for few days every year. The lake view from hotel room or swimming pool offer a great view which makes it suitable place for healing. Top recommendation. "

"The hotel was clean, with spacious rooms and a modern design. I particularly appreciated the hotel’s taxi service, which offered reasonable prices and made it convenient to access the nearby ferry terminal and restaurants. The service overall was good, and I enjoyed the excellent coffee at the breakfast buffet. However, I was disappointed to find ants appearing on the table while I was eating breakfast, which detracted from the experience."

"Quiet and secure environment, making it a great choice for a peaceful stay. The hotel is easily accessible, and the added security of scanning your room card to access your floor provides an extra layer of safety. "Indigo @ Bintan Lagoi Beach is a newly opened hotel as of October 2024 and an absolute gem. There are some ongoing works as of December 2024 and the list of water related activities can increase. "The most hospitable and kindest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. My family has been there twice and on the most recent trip, my toddler son fell sick. The hotel staff were so thoughtful and caring, sending a nurse to our room and accommodating requests for things like thermometers, ice for a fever pack, specially cooked congee etc. I am beyond grateful for their care and we can’t wait to return so we can enjoy the resort again.
