"Location was good. 20mins drive from Batam Center Ferry Terminal and 5-10mins walk to Grand Batam Mall, 15-20 mins walk to BCS Mall. There are many eateries around. The room was spacious and clean. Though the furniture is a bit old, they are functional. The negative point is the bath tub. The design is not good as the water from either the shower head or the waterfall head will have some of the water onto the bathroom floor. "The hotel is located near the habour bay ferry terminal. We took grab to reach the hotel within few minutes. The rooms are clean and spacious. So nice that the hotel provides welcome drink at the lobby. "

"The property has a terrible regard to cleanliness and comfort of their guests. Too many cleanliness issues from the room, to their restaurant even in its public area to get to the guest rooms. Shame because the beach is great for swimming, calm waters and great sand. The pool is not bad at all as well. Other than those two, I would not recommend this property to anyone who wants to go to Bintan for a quick R&R - not only that its more than an hour from the terminal, the property is just not...
