"Location was good. 20mins drive from Batam Center Ferry Terminal and 5-10mins walk to Grand Batam Mall, 15-20 mins walk to BCS Mall. There are many eateries around. The room was spacious and clean. Though the furniture is a bit old, they are functional. The negative point is the bath tub. The design is not good as the water from either the shower head or the waterfall head will have some of the water onto the bathroom floor. The drainage of the bathtub is also super slow, ie draining a bath tub...

"The hotel is located near the habour bay ferry terminal. We took grab to reach the hotel within few minutes. The rooms are clean and spacious. So nice that the hotel provides welcome drink at the lobby. "

"The staff were all very nice and friendly. I was really disappointed to find out that the beach is closed at this time of year. Booked 3 nights here for the beach pics advertised. Pool beautiful. Food was just ok for us. Mattress very hard. Rooms need updating. Very low iccupancy due to Covid 19."

"Very disappointing stay, one of the worst experiences. Taxi driver could not know the location and made several rounds before getting to the right place. So call a residence but no cooking utensils at all except one stained pan and one stainless pan but nothing else for cooking. Advertised that there is a swimming pool and in fact NO POOL. We had to ask for toilet roll and waited for TWO days. The bathroom floor was full of water. Really disappointed hotel experiences."
