"Excellent communication with host. Made the whole process seamless. There is no street parking but there is a paid garage basically across the street. Property is very accessible and clean, front receptionist is available and property managers are available 9-5. Room was very clean, we were very impressed at how well kept it was. We were very comfortable and did not feel cramped even though it was 5 of us. My only issues were that the hot water was not very hot more warm and the tub kept backing...

"While the overall experience was just fine, I did have some issues with the check in/out process. There was just one lady running the reception, while she was awesome I felt bad it was just her. It was very busy and I had to stand around for 45 minutes just to get the keys. Checkout was no different. A lot of people checking out at once and there was a massive line down a very small hallway. Be prepared to give yourself about an hour to deal with check in and another hour to deal with check...

"I liked how there was 24 hours front desk.great location too with excellent transport links if needed.Two minute walk to Maddison Square Garden and Empire State Building.We are a family of Five and found it spacious enough because we were hardly there and it was ideal for us.We loved every minute of our stay and there were no negatives,we’ll definitely stay there again if we visit New York in future."

"The room was super comfortable and well designed for the limited space available - also quiet, so we slept great. The only elevator broke down while we were there, and we had to climb 4 flights of stairs a few times to reach our 5th floor room. (We saw others who had to carry very heavy luggage down the stairs). The surrounding area feels quite safe but is a bit dark and dingy. The hotel no longer offers parking, and the nearby options are sketchy, so we don’t recommend it if you’re driving...

While the market and dining options within the hotel were underwhelming, there are plenty of great choices within walking distance. I would strongly advise against booking a room near the elevators, as the noise can be disruptive. Another drawback is the large credit card holds, which are higher than those of other hotel chains I've experienced. Despite these issues, our stay was overall good and comfortable."

The hotel is conveniently located across the street from Amtrak station and walking distance to Broadway. I was able to check in early and take a shower and change and found staff very helpful. Also, the Tick Tok diner, which is attached, was great place to have breakfast before train home. I will return."

"I arrived in NYC by train to meet a friend for dinner and a play, stay overnight, and return home next day. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from Amtrak station and walking distance to Broadway. I was able to check in early and take a shower and change and found staff very helpful. Also, the Tick Tok diner, which is attached, was great place to have breakfast before train home. I will return."
