"Room was spacious and clean. I really like the retro decor. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Being downtown I couldn’t hear much of the outside noise. Slept great! We did not eat at any of the restaurants here. Just had coffee and a danish in the morning at the cafe. Good coffee and danishes."

"This was our third stay, the first two during construction but also 5-Star. We need more than five stars to review this breathtakingly renovated place! Every detail demands you sit down and enjoy your surroundings. Lovely gift shop, decent restaurant, wonderful bar, and accommodations that never missed a beat in regard to cleanliness, comfort, amenities, and outstanding service. The convenience of walking to Knott’s food and shopping even when you’re not entering the park add to the draw of the location. The Disneyland shuttle keeps us coming back. I fear this luxurious place threatens to price us out of return visits, which would be heartbreaking because we’ve loved coming here. And above all, the staff is, without exception in our experience, the friendliest, kindest, most professional and truly service-oriented group we’ve encountered. The hotel is perfect in every way."
