Fantastic property. Very quiet. Well located just a block from the beach and near tons of restaurants. Parking is pricey but that seems to be everywhere is SM. Brand new - very comfortable and clean. Great views of mountains and ocean.

We chose this place for its proximity to the promenade. What I did not appreciate was the fact that I paid for a room with a city view and got the 5th floor with no view and a moldy, run down apartment complex as the main attraction next door. The spa area was nice but you would think they’d have cold water and cups on hand. The towels were also a bit rough. I would have said something about this to Aileen (Ailene?) when I checked out on the 23rd but she never asked how my stay was. I wouldn’t ever come back here, TBH.
