"This was my one of the best stays ever even though their elevator was not working due to power issues. The front desk was so helpful, took my luggage to my room, helped me with everything. I have stayed at hotels over $500 a day, but this hotel gave me the best experience ever. A lot of people were getting mad at front desk with the manager for elevator issue, this was a technical problem and could have occurred at anyplace. Overall I will give them 10/10. "
