Greeted politely at check in. Room was not quite ready but clerk offered to store our luggage. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub and steam room.

Great place to stay in FSJ. Nice to have the Denny's restaurant attached to the hotel as well. Only issue is the hot tub as been out of service for a long time now. Was a bit disappointing since it was a 5 night stay. Otherwise great hotel

I cannot say enough good things about this property; it is unlike any Best Western I've ever stayed at. As someone who spends a lot of time on the road this was a joy to stay at and the staff were outstanding!
