"This is my 3rd visit to this hotel. I went in May 2023, December 2023, and recently in this month: November 2024. There’s a reason why I continue to come back here. I absolutely love this hotel and every amenity it has. It’s great for families and for solo travelers. The rooms are the most spacious and you honestly have enough activities at the hotel where you can stay there all day. They have the best service ever. Any and every need will be met for all guests. Everytime I come to this hotel, my favorite server is Mod. She makes the best drinks at the pool bar. every drink is crafted with great skill and tastes amazing. She provides impeccable service and I hope she gets a pay raise or a great promotion for how well her service is !!!!! Servers like her are RARE !!!! Everyday I look forward to her drinks at the pool bar when I am staying there. So if you want some great drinks, ask for Mod. I will continue to come back to this hotel everytime I visit Pattaya.!!! "This was a great experience i was upgraded to the club grand room after i complained about the club room, housekerping was slow in the mornings and the lounge dusaspointed me with the lsck.of variety and short time serving food....the fridge that had dtinks was locked most of the time....i was told off for taki g a can of coke to my room.....which is why i paid top money to have the club lounge.....need to have staff that can communicate in english better...."
