Bad hotel manager
This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. The first time I spoke with the hotel manager about the service from the restaurant as well as room service and he said he would put things in place so that the timing would be better and quicker, but that did not happen. I don’t feel it’s the staffs fault, they are just not trained well now I put the emphasis on the hotel manager. I would suggest that he be replaced.
