The room was not properly cleaned with soap marks and residue around the bathroom sink, tub, sticky floors all around. I asked for refresh and didn't improve much. I had to clean myself. Had a burger and deep fried prawn wontons at the restaurant in the hotel and it was the worst burger we have ever eaten. We had to check if it was actually beef burger or some fake meat. Wontons were mediocre. At checkout, we addressed these again and they apologized. Nothing more was done. Very disappointed, which is too bad because pool was fantastic and kids loved it.

The room was well designed, good light, comfortable, with a beautiful view. The food in the executive lounge was excellent with good service. My favorite hotel feature is the swimming pool. Extremely clean and enjoyable for swimming laps or relaxing.

We had a great stay at Amari. We travel with my family and baby and really enjoy our stay. The room are spacious and very comfortable. The service, food, breakfast, facility are also great. We also love the breakfast with various BF line and it also tastes really great. Though, there are a few things that can be improved. - check-in: when I checked in, the staff did not provide all the information needed such as where are gym, pool, kid club or breakfast area and time. I had to ask again to confirm. - the room is very clean on the surface but there were a few spot such as under the sink in the bathroom that there was think mold. - the water drain in the bathroom is very slow and so every time we shower, there was water flooding in the bathroom and need to wait for a while for it to go down. Overall, it‘s a really great hotel to stay for family.

Conveniently located on the North end of Beach Road, this was an outstanding stay. I'm a Hilton Lifetime Diamond and I got treated better by this staff than I have at any other Hilton, except maybe the Conrad in Shiodome, Tokyo. The staff is OUTSTANDING. I would definitely stay here again. I LOVED the water slide as I rode it about 10 times. It has easy access to Terminal 21 mall and 2nd road. I felt welcomed from the minute I got there until the time I left. Don't miss this place. I was extremely satisfied to stay here. 24 hour gym was excellent. Would like to give a shout out to If at registration desk, Woody at the Concierge desk , Maew, and Kate at the Pregro restaurant. The hotel is lucky to have them.
